Our Customer Service Lobby Is Reopened to the Public!

When you visit the customer service lobby to pay your monthly bill or request service, you will receive a WVWD potted plant. 

Available while supplies last, safety protocols such as facial masks and a minimum of six feet between all individuals are strictly enforced.

Located in the front of the Customer Service lobby, visitors now have access to a collection of water awareness and education books.
