Dear COABE Member,   We are delighted to share that COABE has rescheduled the COABE 2020 conference to take place on August 16-19, 2020 in Baltimore, MD! If you have already registered, you do not need to take further action to maintain your registration. If you have booked your hotel room you must contact the hotel directly to change the date for your reservation to the new summer dates. We are unable to have your hotel room reservation automatically transferred to the new dates, so the hotel will need to be contacted directly to modify room reservations. We are working with each hotel to add the revised room block codes and pricing to their systems to ensure a smooth transaction. We hope to have these set up by the end of the week and will make note of this in our Friday COABE Update email message. If you have an airline reservation, you will need to rebook your flight. During this unprecedented time, most of the airlines have relaxed their policies regarding change fees and penalties for those noting large meeting changes.   If you have not registered, you can do so HERE   Sincerely, COABE Leadership

Refund Policy Information: Please be reminded that COABE has always had a strict No Refund policy. This is listed on all our registration forms, confirmation emails, and on our app/website. However, we would like to extend a couple opportunities to help those who may not be able to attend our upcoming conference this August. We will give you the option to either transfer your registration to another individual to attend in your place, or you can rollover your registration for COABE 2020 for a complimentary registration to either our COABE 2021 or COABE 2022 conference.
