2020 Une Vallée Red Wine
Walla Walla Valley
60% Cabernet Sauvignon,
25% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc
The Une Vallée Red Wine is the crème de la crème of the vintage. Only the best barrels each year are blended to craft this Cabernet-based blend. The wine is aromatic and lush in texture with delicious aromas and flavors of blackberry compote, black cherries, leather, cedar, mocha, and baking spices. An opulent and hedonistic wine that really starts to shine after a couple years in the cellar.

2020 Reserve Syrah
The Rocks District
Walla Walla Valley
Grown in the most distinctive terroir for Syrah in the United States and arguably, the world. Our Reserve Syrah is a New World-style, which spends time in a higher percentage of new oak than our other Estate Syrahs. Aromas of cured meat, smoked sea salt, Castelvetrano olives, umami, peppered bacon, wet stone, and sweet herb. On the palate, the texture is supple with delicious flavors of dark cherry, umami, olive, prosciutto, dark chocolate, and clove. The finish is brilliant and constantly evolving.

2020 Grenache

Dugger Creek Estate Vineyard is located on a terrace formed during the ice age floods over a 2,000-year period between 13,000-15,000 years ago. This gorgeous ruby red wine offers aromas and flavors of black raspberry and black cherry fruit, along with notes of anise, white pepper, tobacco, and sweet herb. A versatile wine that pairs beautifully with slow cooked meats and stews, mushroom risotto and charcuterie. Or, venture to the sweeter side and try it with brownies, truffles or lava cake.

2021 Chardonnay

We have crafted this wine from the same block at Stillwater Creek Vineyard for twenty years and the 2021 vintage is one of the most delicious and well-balanced in the history of making this wine! Captivating aromas of Gala apple, Asian pear, stone fruit, baking spices, and crème brûlée. Mouthcoating flavors of pear, citrus, and pineapple swirl across your palate, with refreshing acidity, vibrant minerality, and notes of vanilla bean.

The Stones Speak Syrah comes from a very cobbly soil that holds the secret to a most seductive, intriguing story that leaves the taster yearning to know more about how the wine acquires these funky, savory delicious characteristics. This wine displays distinctive aromatics of red berry fruit, briny olive tapenade, peppered bacon, hoisin, savory herbs, and petrichor. The palate is full-bodied and rich with layers of red and black fruits, umami, smoked meat, and mouthwatering salinity. The secret is in the stones!

This is our first release of this wine from our Stones Speak Estate Vineyard. Distinctively from The Rocks District it entices with rich aromas and flavors of cherry fruit, fig, black olive, savory herbs, wet stones, and spice. For Tempranillo lovers, this wine represents a New-World style which will be a sensation after a couple of years in the bottle. Stock up while you can, production is very limited, and this wine won’t last long.

2021 Estate Viognier
Walla Walla Valley
Our Estate Viognier is very slowly fermented in our Nomblot concrete egg, which is an excellent vessel for preserving the delicate aromatics and enhancing the plush mouthfeel, depth, and richness of this varietal. The wine greets you with aromas of apricot, mango, citrus and orange blossoms. Fresh and delicious, the wine dances on the palate with apricot, mandarin orange, honeysuckle, and beeswax. This beautiful Viognier showcases the purity, site and place of the vineyard.

2019 Nebbiolo
Walla Walla Valley
Nebbiolo is a rare find in the Walla Walla Valley, and famous in the Piedmont region of Northwest Italy for producing some of the finest and longest-lived wines in Italy. This approachable wine opens with intense aromatics of wild rose petals, cherry fruit, tobacco, licorice, and tar, followed by delicious flavors of red currant, strawberry, and cranberry. Both savory and fruity characteristics are present in this wine. The fruit and acidity are balanced beautifully with supple, round tannins.

2020 Barbera

Ciao mi amor! Hello my love. The 2020 Dugger Creek Barbera is another stunning example of how beautiful Barbera can be in the new world. A vibrantly colored wine with low tannins and juicy acidity makes this an approachable red wine that goes well with food. Aromatically, this wine is bursting with plush cherry, raspberry, licorice, and spice. The rich flavors of red and blue fruits, with a subtle hint of savory herbs and nutmeg, are artfully balanced with supple tannins.

2020 Malbec

The inky purple color is a dead giveaway for Malbec. The berry-centric bouquet is the second giveaway... think blueberry cobbler! This wine opens with aromas of blueberry, huckleberry, marionberry, pepper and cocoa. A nicely structured wine with silky, smooth tannins make it easy on the palate. Pair with wild game, roast chicken with sage, or a bison burger with bacon and blue cheese.

2018 Petit Verdot
Walla Walla Valley
Petit Verdot does consistently well in the warmest areas of the Walla Walla Valley. This deep purple wine opens with aromas of black cherry, black plum, vanilla bean, and dried herbs. It is lush and balanced on the palate delivering flavors of black cherry, plum, and violets with notes of sage. This nicely structured wine displays perfectly ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish.
