2021 Une Vallée Red Wine
Walla Walla Valley
60% Cabernet Sauvignon,
25% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc
Une Vallée Red Wine, our flagship Cabernet-based blend, consists of a blend of our favorite barrels from the vintage. The wine is a deep ruby color in the glass. The nose reveals complex aromas of cherry, blackberry, wet earth, leather, cedar, mocha, herb, and barrel spice. The palate showcases a plush mouthfeel with rich red and blue fruits, and a subtle graphite element. You will be well rewarded if you give this wine at least two to three years (or more!) to develop in the cellar.

2021 Reserve Syrah
The Rocks District
Walla Walla Valley
Our Reserve Syrah is a New World-style cuvée from four distinct vineyard sites located in The Rocks District. The wine bursts with exotic, savory aromas of black cherry, olive tapenade, roasted morel mushrooms, smoked sea salt, peppered bacon, petrichor, and garrigue. On the palate, the wine is savory, with briny flavors of green olive, dark cherry, umami, and cocoa that continues to grow in complexity with an exceptionally long finish.

2021 Grenache
Horse Heaven Hills
Columbia Valley
The vines for this Grenache are twenty years old, planted near the top of Andrew’s Vineyard, a truly special site. This gorgeous ruby red wine offers aromas and flavors of bright raspberry, strawberry, and black cherry fruit, along with notes of fig, cocoa nib, and garrigue (think rosemary, thyme, and sage). The texture of this wine is remarkable, due to the whole cluster fraction, which provides the well-integrated, mouthcoating tannins. Savor the depth of flavor that carries through the finish on this lovely wine.

2022 Chardonnay
Stillwater Creek Vineyard
Columbia Valley
The 2022 Stillwater Creek Vineyard Chardonnay is an extraordinary wine coming from a seemingly impossible vintage, marked by a cold spring, hot summer, and sensational October. The grapes ripened perfectly for this block of fruit. Bursting with aromas of pineapple, Asian pear, and fresh crushed apple along with hints of baking spices, vanilla, and almond extract. Rich flavors of citrus, lemon oil, pineapple, and pear give way to a captivating, refreshing finish that leaves one anticipating another sip.

2022 Estate Viognier
Walla Walla Valley
The 2022 vintage ended up providing excellent quality fruit after a near disaster at budbreak when we experienced snow in the vineyards. Thankfully the wind machines kept the vines from freezing and this delicious Viognier came to fruition. A true gift from nature! The pale golden wine opens with captivating aromas of citrus, white peach, orange blossom, and crushed stone. As the lively wine dances across your palate, flavors of zesty citrus lead to juicy white peach along with hints of apricot & honeysuckle.

2021 Pinot Noir
Dundee Hills
Willamette Valley
Winter’s Hill Vineyard is located in the heart of the Dundee Hills in the Willamette Valley of Oregon’s famed Pinot Noir wine region. In the glass it is a beautiful, bright ruby red color with striking clarity. The aromatic intensity immediately grabs your attention with deep, rich marionberry, cherry pie, and black raspberry, along with hints of vanilla, spice, and floral notes. The wine tastes just like it smells, simply delicious, with nice acidity and silky supple tannins.

2020 The Stones Speak
Estate Tempranillo
The Rocks District
80% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah
A sensational expression of Tempranillo that displays intense aromas that are characteristic of The Rocks District fruit. The Syrah component in this wine lends a velvety mouthfeel and exotic aromas, while the Tempranillo contributes the expressive cherry fruits, plum, fig, cacao, and cedar. Delicious and complex with mouthwatering salinity, silky smooth tannins, and a long, delightful finish.

2020 Nebbiolo
Walla Walla Valley
Nebbiolo is a rare find in the Walla Walla Valley, and famous in the Piedmont region of Northwest Italy. This wine showcases a classic garnet color in the glass. Aromatically, the wine opens with spicy cherry fruit, raspberry, and cranberry with notes of rose petal, clove, nutmeg, and herbs. It is easy on the palate, with silky tannins and rich, bright flavors of ripe cherry, wild strawberry, and red raspberries. The finish is silky, long, and generous.

2021 Barbera
Walla Walla Valley
Dugger Creek Barbera has become a favorite offering over the past decade. This vineyard-designate wine has a deep ruby color in the glass. The nose and the palate reveal dark red and blue fruits with notes of coffee bean, anise, and white pepper. This is one of our favorite wines to pair with food. Enjoy with wood-fired pizza, Taleggio cheese and charcuterie, porcini mushroom risotto, or a handmade pasta with homemade puttanesca tomato sauce.

2021 Malbec
Walla Walla Valley
This Malbec is gorgeous in the glass with its inky purple hue. One whiff, and a cascade of berry aromas captivate your attention. Blueberry, blackberry, huckleberry, and marionberry, along with hints of cracked peppercorns and cocoa nibs. This wine displays excellent balance, silky supple tannins, and a delicious finish that lingers. Pair with elk, bison, or grass-fed beef, simply seasoned with salt and pepper and accompanied by a creamy mushroom sauce or melted blue cheese.

2019 Petit Verdot
Walla Walla Valley
Only one word is needed to describe this unique wine…delicious! This deep purple wine opens with aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, and blackberry along with notes of cocoa powder, clove, tobacco, and vanilla. The flavors are concentrated with red and blue fruits that seem perfectly ripe. Excellent mouthfeel with generous round tannins and a long, lingering finish. There is not much Petit Verdot planted in the Walla Walla Valley, making this a rare find.
