Happy Holy Days,
Whatever you’re celebrating this season, we hope it brings you home, whether that means with your family or with your chosen community, but especially home to your heart.
As we usher in winter this week, we’re crossing over. The height of darkness is upon us. Instead of rushing through these moments, let’s savor them. There is a power in the darkness, a richness in the unknown, like fertile ground that can nourish our soul. It’s a potent time of year to reconnect and realign ourselves with the flow and rhythm of the natural world. It’s a time of rest, renewal and reflection, the ending of one cycle and the beginning of another.
So in the midst of our holiday comings and goings, I invite you to slow down, notice and honor the changes occurring in the season and in your life, and savor all that nourishes you.
I also want to take this moment to say “Thank You.” Thank you for showing up, in so many ways this last year.
I’m so grateful to be walking this path with all of you.
In peace and with gratitude,
Valerie (and the Neighborhood Yoga Family)
