GCS seniors required to complete for Say Yes scholarship
Say Yes Guilford has opened its online certification form that Guilford County Schools seniors must complete in order to qualify for “last-dollar” tuition-only scholarships. A link to the form is located online
here.The certification form requires students to establish an account with Say Yes Guilford and include guardian, contact, and demographic information. The account will remain active until the student graduates from his or her postsecondary institution.
Seniors must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). More FAFSA resources are located
here.
College students who have already received a Say Yes scholarship only need to update the certification form if their college choice or enrollment status has changed. Current Say Yes scholarship recipients must also complete the FAFSA again this year. More information is available online at

Community Leadership Council

Join Say Yes Guilford Monday, November 14 for the first meeting of its Community Leadership Council (CLC). The CLC membership consists of Guilford County civic, schools, parent, faith, business, nonprofit, philanthropic and government leaders who are interested in keeping their finger on the Say Yes pulse and promoting the organization throughout our community. Community members are also invited to attend to learn more about Say Yes Guilford programs and services.
A CLC-member reception takes place from 5:30-6 pm and the Council meeting begins at
6 pm at the Sears Applied Technologies Building on the GTCC Jamestown Campus, 6204 E. Main St., Jamestown. Parking is available in “Lot B.”
