Attention PGA WEST Homeowners

Scalping will begin on Monday, October 13, 2025. PWLC II will start on Oak Hill and continue through the Palmer side. Once Palmer is complete, scalping on the Stadium side will begin with Oak Tree. The scalping process is scheduled to conclude by Friday, October 17, 2025.

Please note, scalping generates a large amount of dust. We recommend postponing any window washing until after the process is finished.

Overseeding will commence on Monday, October 20, 2025, beginning on the Stadium side, and will be completed on both the Palmer and Stadium sides by Friday, October 24, 2025.

Seasonal flower planting will also begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, with completion expected by Friday, November 14, 2025.
