October is for Anniversaries and Scarecrows

This is my favorite weekend of the year...my Shopiversary! It was 2 years ago that the shop transitioned from Kris & Oz to me. What an awesome journey it has been!

I also love this weekend because the scarecrows come out in Cambria! It's Scarecrow season in Cambria and Stanley Stitcher is back to welcome you to the shop this year! Cara, Josie, and I created Stanley last year during a workshop.

I designed a new beanie to highlight the Scarecrow Fest colorway of the Cambria DK yarn.

And I'm delighted to host Heather Wiebe from Smirligans for a popup event all day Saturday at the shop!

When I launched the Cambria DK private label yarn a few months ago, I knew I needed a colorway for the iconic Cambria Scarecrow Festival. The Scarecrow Fest colorway is one of my favorites and it inspired me to create a new shop exclusive beanie pattern.
