Q: What do you like best about working from home?
A:
Achieving efficient work/life balance is much easier as I am now able to see my wife and kids throughout the day, but also stay busy tending to client needs.
Q: What do you miss most about going into the office?
A:
Face-to-face interaction with the associates and our clients talking about work, personal life, current events, etc.

Diane, a 30-year industry veteran, misses her in-office co-workers and the quick conversations regarding client issues. She is making the most of the situation with regular client and underwriter phone calls. And, like many of us, she is enjoying birdwatching the woodpeckers, red breasted grosbeaks, Baltimore orioles, gold finches, etc.

Q: What do you like best about working from home?
A:
I like being able to spend time with my dog Daisy. She is very respectful of me when I am at the computer working. She mostly sleeps, but occasionally barks at a squirrel outside. She loves me being at home and is very spoiled! I also enjoy sleeping a little longer. I feel like I have adjusted well to working from home.
Q: What do you miss most about going into the office?
A:
I miss most the interaction and the bonding with fellow employees. The support I get from everyone is something I miss. Talking out problems and sharing how to solve them is missed. Although Slack and email has helped with that.

Giving Back
COVID-19 has brought about much change in our lives, but one thing that will never change is the charitable spirit of our incredible team of associates.
