Labor Day Traffic Safety

Officers will be focused on stopping impaired, distracted, and unsafe driving, as well as enforcing seat belt laws. Whether from alcohol, cannabis, or other drugs, driving under the influence puts everyone at risk and will not be tolerated. This initiative is part of a larger effort supported by the Illinois Department of Transportation to reduce crashes and save lives over the busy Labor Day holiday. Drive safe, Schaumburg!
