Important System Maintenance Notification

Dear Valued Client,

To continue improving our CAREonsite, ASAPcheck, and OSCAsafe services and technology, we will be completing scheduled internal system maintenance to enhance performance, reliability, and the overall user experience for our clients. This maintenance requires a period of system downtime.

Systems Maintenance Window:

Start: Friday, July 31st at 10:00 PM PDT

End: Saturday, August 1st at 4:00 PM PDT

Should additional time be required to ensure successful implementation and system stability, the maintenance window may be extended into Sunday, August 2nd. If an extension becomes necessary, we will provide timely updates and notify you as soon as services have been restored.

During this maintenance window, one or more service lines may experience temporary interruptions, limited functionality, or reduced system performance.

Please review the following service impacts:

CAREonsite Impacts

During this outage period, the T+C Client Portal information may be delayed or may not reflect the most current data until the system outage is complete and case information has been updated. Additionally, automated system notifications (including emails and alerts) will not be sent from the T+C Client Portal or CAREonsite ECC system, required notifications will be manually sent via staff email. Normal notification services will resume once maintenance is complete.

CAREonsite Service Impacts:

Service Locations (Torrance, CA; Martinez, CA; Anacortes, WA):

Anacortes Integrity Safety is closed during this maintenance period, per regular business hours, and should not be impacted.

Martinez & Torrance locations will remain available 24 hours for injury care. Staff will be utilizing a Downtime Procedure that includes offline workarounds. This will likely add additional time to patient calls and visits. We appreciate your patience.

Torrance location- To minimize impact on patient wait times, physicals will not be offered during the outage. Pre-employment Drug/Alcohol collections are strongly recommended to occur before or after the outage period, where possible.

Virtual Services, Telemed, and Client Onsite Operations will continue to provide contracted care. Staff will be utilizing a Downtime Procedure that includes offline workarounds. This will likely add additional time to patient calls and visits. We appreciate your patience.

OSCAsafe Impacts

Please note the following OSCAsafe services will be unavailable during this time:

If you require training completion, course registration, or retrieval of training records for site access, badging, or work authorization during this period, please complete utilization of these services before the outage begins. All applicable OSCAsafe functions can be resumed once services are restored.

ASAPcheck Impacts

During the downtime, all ASAPcheck systems, including the client portal, will be unavailable. This will impact online service requests, test authorizations, and reporting.

If you anticipate needing to authorize tests during this window, please download a copy of the consent and authorization form before the downtime begins. ECCF will not be available during this time.

Please plan ahead by completing any time-sensitive portal activities before the maintenance window. If possible, we recommend limiting portal activity from Thursday, 7/30/2026, through Sunday, 8/2/2026.

Our team will continue to support urgent needs during this period. If you require assistance while the client portal is unavailable, please contact us directly at (866)202-3945 or support@asapcheck.com

HASC/GateCheck API Impacts

Our API connection to HASC/GateCheck will be offline on Saturday, August 1st from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM PDT. During that time, temporary call-in support will be available if assistance is needed.  If you require assistance, please contact us directly at (866)202-3945 or email support@asapcheck.com.

This temporary call-in process will be available for the duration of the maintenance window and should be used in place of the standard support process until services have been restored.
