SCHEDULING YOUR SESSION
To make your appointments, please follow these steps:

1, Setup your account (VIA the booking link) and you are welcome to schedule your session. (if you need help scheduling, please call us)
2, Once you have booked, complete the intake form located in the confirmation email in (blue letters).
3, Groupon Clients will not receive services until their voucher is received and redeemed by Waves.
5, The Groupon Redemption code has no letters or symbols and is titled "Redemption Code", located on your Groupon Voucher.
6, If you have a Gift Certificate, ad your Certificate number into the intake form box labeled - Gift Certificate number
7, All sessions are labeled "75 mins" or more, disregard the time as it is a requirement for COVID sanitizing procedures, and not the allotted time of your service.

Q: Why do I need to add my valid Credit/Debit card?
A: We require a Valid Credit Card to hold all appointments, there is no charge unless there is a No-Show or late cancellation. We value your time and we appreciate you valuing our time.
Q: Must I fill out the intake form?
A: If we do not have a completed intake form for your service, we can not provide services.

This notice is to inform all Waves clients of our policy changes going into effect as of August 1, 2021.
Our goal is to always provide top-quality service in a timely fashion to our clients. During the pandemic, we relaxed our policies to be accommodating during such an uncertain time. However, a high number of late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows have caused us to reinstate and reinforce our policies.

All appointments require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking.

We kindly request 24 hours' notice for cancellations, the latest we will accept cancellations is the end of the business day prior to your appointment.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will be considered a “no show” which will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee. Reasonable exceptions will be made for emergencies.

Due to the high demand for appointments and an extensive cancellation list, if we do not receive a confirmation by phone by the day of your appointment it will be canceled and you will be subject to the cancellation fee. Scheduling of an appointment after the date of August 1, 2021, constitutes your agreement to this policy.

As a reminder, clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late for an appointment may not be seen. In instances where we are able to accommodate late arrivals, the appointment will end at the scheduled time and not in relation to arrival time.

We ask that you plan accordingly for any prep time or paperwork required for your visit; our booking system will remind you of these accommodations in your reminder email. For your convenience, forms may be completed online prior to your appointment.

The goal of this policy is to ensure that our providers see you on time and provide greater availability in our schedule to accommodate you. We appreciate your support and understanding in this matter.
