Please do NOT reach out and request to be moved. We can discuss during load-in if there is a specific reason to change locations. There will be volunteers on hand to assist and answer any questions, and to help with check-in and load-in. Please be kind and patient. If you have a question and they do not know the answer they will do their best to get you the information.

Vendor set-up time is from 1:00pm-4:00pm. You will not be able to check in any earlier than 1:00pm. ALL PERSONAL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM STATE AND JAY STREEETS BY 4:00 PM. See parking information below.
- You must check-in with a volunteer at your designated check-in location. You will then be directed to your assigned booth location (see maps above).

Parking Information:
Park Schenectady lots, including the Schenectady Municipal Parking Garage, will be available for parking free of charge all day.
Vendor Information:
- Vendors are respondible for their own tents, tables, chairs, and generators (unless you have previously discussed power needs with the County), and for cleaning up their booth.
- Vendors are REQUIRED to provide adequate weights to secure their tents/canopies and prevent them from blowing away or flipping over.
- While the event has secured a blanket vendor permit from the City of Schenectady, individual vendors are solely responsible for securing any other permits necessary to operate within the City and County of Schenectady, including Department of Health permits.
- Schenectady County Public Health Services will be present at the event and conducting inspections.

Vendors will not be permitted to break down their booth until 9:00 pm and need to have it fully closed by 9:45 pm. Vendors will not be able to exit State Street until the end of the event unless Public Safety deems it safe for you to exit earlier.
- The MVP/Best Fitness Kids Zone will close at 8:00pm.
- All food and beer vendors must stop serving by 9:15 pm. This will be strictly enforced by event staff and the Schenectady Police Department.
DIRECTIONS TO DOWNTOWN SCHENECTADY
FOR SCHENECTADY COUNTY SUMMERNIGHT
From East, South or West
Take NYS Thruway to Exit 25. From Exit 25 take I-890 to Exit 5 (Broadway). Turn right at the foot of ramp onto Broadway. Take Broadway to the second traffic light (Clinton Street).
For Vendor Check In Turn right onto Clinton Street and follow down to State Street. There may be up to 3 Public Safety check points. Indicate you are a vendor for SummerNight and at Clinton and State Street and Vendor Check-In volunteer will assist you. (Follow BLUE ARROWS on enclosed map)
From the North
Take Northway (87) south to Exit 6. Take route 7 west into Schenectady to I-890 west. Take I-890 to Exit 5 (Broadway). Turn right at the foot of ramp onto Broadway. Take Broadway to the second traffic light. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ABOVE
