CI 102 Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

October 20 - 23, Portsmouth, NH

CI 102 is the market analysis course that teaches commercial real estate professionals to underwrite the city before they underwrite the property. Students work through four property-type case studies (office, industrial, multifamily, retail) using the Strategic Analysis Model and live, hands-on training on Intellisite, CCIM's commercial real estate data platform.

One of CCIM's most innovative core courses, CI 102 shows you how to deploy “big data” and the most advanced digital tools to assess critical issues like market demand, location facility, and supply-chain strategy.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

·    Run a defensible market analysis on any city or submarket — across office, industrial, multifamily, and retail.

·    Use Intellisite to map demographics, traffic, business density, and consumer spending — and turn that data into a market call.

·    Apply Tapestry Segmentation to identify the customer for any property type, in any neighborhood, anywhere in the United States.

·    Project demand three, five, and ten years out — and find markets where today's supply doesn't match tomorrow's customer.

·    Defend a market call to a client, an investor, a credit committee, or a board — with data, not opinion.
