CTR asks all members to watch for a survey that was emailed to all members on Aug. 4. The email subject line will say “A Message from CT REALTORS® - Your Opinion Matters (Time Sensitive)”. The survey includes questions about upcoming legislative and political issues. CT REALTORS® encourages all members to provide your input.

The CT REALTORS^® Foundation annual “Dog Days of Summer” campaign 

This year’s campaign will benefit three local rescues: CT Cat Connection, Dog Star Rescue and Wildlife in Crisis. 

The Time To Own program is now being offered by the state of Connecticut. The program began accepting applications this week and is administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. It offers down payment assistance to low and moderate-income home buyers in the state. Read more.

Homeowners experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic can apply to the MyHomeCT program for assistance in paying their mortgage or other housing costs. The program is funded with $123 million dollars from the American Rescue Plan Act and is being administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. Learn more at chfa.org/MyHomeCT.
