Wright State University has some On-campus apartments available for the Spring 2021 Semester, with $1,000.00 Spring housing scholarships available to all new international students. The housing cost and scholarship will be applied on your Wings Express account, and you will be able to view it with your other tuition and fees. Please note that you can apply for a Payment Plan to be able to pay your tuition in instalments. The contract is only for Spring 2021 semester and students are welcome to apply for summer semester at reduced rates.
The Furnished apartments are available in Forest Lane, College Park, and University Park:
Rental rates for these apartments are shown in the chart on the Housing website at the following location. These rates include utilities, cable TV, and high-speed internet at no additional cost. The apartments also have laundry facilities available:
To be eligible for this opportunity, students must complete a housing application before they can be assigned. It is possible to request roommates on the application:
Summer Semester apartments will also be available, at reduced summer rates. There will not be Housing Scholarships during the Summer Semester, since the rates have been reduced.
