SCHOLARSHIPS FOR

POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION

There are many scholarship opportunities available for students to apply for during February and March ahead of classes starting this fall!

 

1) Arizona Community Foundation Scholarship 

Great for students to apply for no matter where they plan to attend (vocational program, college, university).


Complete one application and be matched to scholarships based on your eligibility. There are scholarships specifically for students with foster care backgrounds. Deadline alert: Best to apply by 2/28/26

2) Nina Mason Pulliam Scholarship 

For students planning on attending or currently attending the Maricopa Community Colleges. This scholarship is specifically for students with foster care backgrounds who have earned fewer than 24 college credits.

3) Nina Mason Pulliam Scholarship 

For students planning on attending or currently attending Arizona State University. This scholarship is specifically for students with foster care backgrounds who have earned fewer than 24 college credits earned.

There are two information sessions to learn more about the Nina Mason Pulliam Scholarship program at Arizona State University this Wednesday, 2/11/26!

4) The Armstrong Family Foundation Scholarship

For students planning on attending or currently attending Arizona State University. This scholarship is specifically for students with foster care backgrounds who have a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.

4) The Dream US Scholarship

For students who are not eligible to complete the FAFSA and/or apply for scholarships with residency requirements.

Deadline alert: 2/28/26


Applications are open to first generation immigrant students with or without Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or Temporary Protected Status (TPS) who came to the U.S. before the age of 16 and before Nov. 1, 2020.


The National Scholarship Award will help cover your tuition and fees at one of our Partner Colleges (Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, Northern Arizona University, Phoenix College, University of Arizona) up to a maximum of $33,000 for a Bachelor degree.


Scholars also receive an additional stipend for books, supplies, and transportation up to a maximum of $6,000.
