Dear Harvest Christian Academy and Westminster Christian School families,
In our email of September 11, 2025, it was stated that the “Board continues to prayerfully and diligently explore various options of space usage and plans toward property ownership to ensure that academic and extracurricular space is sufficient for both our current and future needs. To make informed and wise decisions, the Board has contacted experts in a variety of fields to assess these needs. These assessments will take time, but we serve a God who always has perfect timing and a perfect plan. The Board will continue to pursue and discern God’s leading for each step and will obediently follow when called! As we are able, we will share updates.”
We are pleased to announce that RisePointe, an architectural, interiors, and design firm, was retained to conduct a needs analysis of a variety of space options, including both the HCA and WCS campuses. This analysis will develop an efficient plan and strategy to maximize space and also identify future ownership options as we unify the two campuses.
RisePointe toured both properties on October 28, 2025 viewing spaces (no pictures of students were taken) and met with leadership both yesterday and today from both campuses to learn about the history, mission, vision, values and goals to identify what is needed moving forward.
This needs analysis will take a few months to complete and then the Board will assess the contents of the needs analysis to prayerfully discern next steps for our school.
One Mission. One Vision. One School.
Sincerely,
The School Board
