“I joined WeightWatchers through my employer after receiving an unexpected type 2 diabetes diagnosis. I’ve completely changed my lifestyle. I used to have an all-or-nothing mindset, but I’ve learned to adjust that thinking. I can still have chocolate, ice cream and even pasta — I deserve good food and healthy things.”

“Now I feel like I have a long life ahead of me. I have more energy, and my daily blood sugar readings have been in a healthy range for over a year. I’m never giving up on myself or my health again!”
