Get inspired by this member’s Journey

Since 1963 WeightWatchers has helped millions with an evolving program rooted in the latest research that lets you live fully and still reach your goals.

Here’s how Naomi M. lost 68 pounds and gained even more, in her own words:

“Reclaiming my health helped me get my sense of self back. I have hobbies that are just mine, I’ve made incredible friendships—I feel like me again. WeightWatchers taught me that I don’t need to be perfect, I just need to be consistent with my healthy habits to see change.”

People following the WW program can expect to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week.

Become a WeightWatchers member by February 28 and get a free WW Bluetooth® Body Weight Scale. Research shows that people who log their weight more frequently lose more weight than those who don’t. Make tracking even easier with a scale that auto-syncs your weight in the WW app. Sign up at WW.com/us/LBUSD.Then get your scale at WW.com/freescale.
