Premier Family Health & Wellness Donate Gifts To Brighten The Life Of Students
Premier Family Health & Wellness has been an outstanding Partner In Education with Indian Ridge School. They made all 112 students at Indian Ridge School's holidays bright and merry by donating toys, gifts, and stockings filled with goodies.
Doctors, nurses, patient advocates, medical assistants, and administration from Premier Family Health & Wellness shopped for wish list items for students and went to Indian Ridge School's campus on Friday, December 16, 2016 with their sleigh packed full of toys, gift cards, personalized stockings filled with goodies, and t-shirts for all students. They also provided t-shirts for all staff members.

School District & Florida Crystals - One Sweet Partnership
On November 09, 2016 members of the School District of Palm Beach County staff toured the Florida Crystals facility in Belle Glade, Florida. The staff wanted to better understand how they can support one another to increase student awareness about the career options at locally-owned businesses and how these groups can work together to develop a STEM ecosystem in Palm Beach County.
Through a partnership between the K-12 STEM Department and the Florida Crystals Educational Outreach Program, members of the Science, Mathematics, English & Language Arts, Educational Technology, and Library Media Services Departments worked together to discuss how this local business creates opportunities for our students to apply the content that they learn within their subject area classes to a real-world setting.

Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida! was January 23 through January 27, and schools throughout the School District of Palm Beach County are hosting special events and activities to promote literacy.
Elementary school students throughout Palm Beach County have been watching The Education Network for clues on Superintendent Robert Avossa’s “Top Secret Book.” The secret book will be revealed on Friday, January 27, and Dr. Avossa will read it aloud to students through the District’s Vodcast network. More Than $8M In College Scholarships Offered At HBCU/HSI Event, January 24-25
The numbers are in, and the amount of scholarships and number of college admissions offered at the District’s annual Historically Black College-University and Hispanic Serving Institution (HBCU/HSI) Recruitment Tour has once again shattered previous records. Representatives from more than 20 colleges met with 883 students during the two-day event where 1,384 college admissions and $8,023,250 in scholarships were offered on site.
