Hello Families of New Students,
Excited to see our new families for New Family Orientation at 6pm next Monday August 25th. We will meet in our Spanish room and Tyra will help you find your way from the lobby! We hope you'll stay for our Welcome Back dinner directly following.
Speaking of orienting ourselves, here is some information about Drop Off and Pick Up.
Grades:
- Grade 1-8 drop off & pick up is in the Oval.
- If you want to walk your student in (or walk to pick them up), you may park in any space, but not in the oval, and walk to the main doors.
- Please only let children out on the sidewalk side of the oval.
- No retrieving items from your trunk in the drop off oval. If you need to store items in your trunk, please park and walk in.
Early Childhood:
- PreK and Kindergarten guardians park (right-hand side lot [blue arrows]) and walk children to their waiting teachers outside.
- Backpacks can be placed on your child’s hook. Lunch boxes in your class wagon (they'll be visible).
- Teachers will greet your student either in the Meadow archway or along the gravel driveway next to our Fairy Field (depending on class). I will be there to direct you that first and second week!
- Please hold children's hands in the parking lot.
- Pick students up outside at either Noon (half day) or 3:20pm (full day) near the hooks / benches.
