A Note From the Principal:
Do you ever stop and think, “How would I ever do this without their help?” I do!  I have seen so many blessings in the people around me this year. I don’t know if we ever realize just how richly God blesses us with the support we need.  My family, friends, BCS staff and parents, and our BBC volunteers, have all helped this school year run much more smoothly than if I thought I could do this on my own. (I wouldn’t want to see what that would look like!) We have so many little blessings walking around this building and it takes a team to grow them.  We are all here to help you too!  God has put us together for a reason: to help one another grow, and live life according to His will.  If you ever find yourself feeling like you are doing life on your own, and its not going well, reach out.  You may be surprised who God has put there to support you.  Your BCS family is here for you too! ~Mrs. Pingleton

Parent Information:
Enrollment is Open – Friday is the Deadline for the Current Rate!
Friday, February 2nd is the deadline to re-enroll for next year at the current tuition rate! We value you and your student, and we are committed to continuing to help each child grow in academics, in character, and in heart. We consider you family, and want nothing more than to see each student continue at BCS next year. Unfortunately, the increase in tuition is necessary to continue providing excellent educators, meet the needs of minimum wage laws, and to continue providing the best opportunities for each student. Beginning Feb. 3rd, rates will increase from $325 to $375. Visit and click re-enroll. Be sure to drop off the $55 registration fee in the office before Friday to keep your current tuition rate next year! Contact us if you have any questions.

Parent Teacher Conference:
Parent Teacher Conferences are Thursday, February 15th, from 8:00am-5:00pm. We look forward to meeting with ALL of our parents. Please call or stop by the office to schedule a time for your conference. PTF will also be providing lunch for the teachers this day, to show our appreciation for all they do. If you would like to contribute please sign-up at:

Fundraising for Technology:
Our Fun Pasta Fundraiser is here! We are selling fun pasta to earn money for laptops & tablets, to integrate more technology into learning in the classroom. If every school and preschool student sells 10-20 bags of pasta, we can reach our goal of raising $3,000-$4,000! The pasta products are super fun shapes that are reasonably priced, and should be easy to sell. Sales can be made through brochures or online, and  we get 40-50% of every purchase! We will have incentives for kids and classes to earn along the way, but the greatest prize will be meeting our goal and seeing the kids learning more, as we continue to improve technology in the classroom! Please take time to go through the packet that comes home Friday, and have fun, helping your child sell pasta !

Pizza with Grandparents:
We had a blast having muffins with Mom and donuts with Dad last fall, so now we would like to invite Grandparents (or another special relative or family friend) to join us for our pizza lunch on Friday, February 23rd. Mark your calendars, and look for an invite coming home soon!

Our annual Read-to-Feed will be on March 8th.  Students will be collecting food and pledges to support the Foodbank of the Rockies, and then spend an afternoon reading together. This is a fun event, that also provides students with an opportunity to give back to our community. Mark your calendars and look for more information at the end of the month.

New Community Library!
We now have books for families enjoy! You will find the shelves inside the school entrance, and may checkout and return books freely, on the honor system. Parents are also welcome to share books, by bringing them to the office.
