Below is a message from The Konop Companies regarding the new procedures for ordering school lunches:
Please be mindful of the Google form on the NDA website for ordering lunches and the time frame of when they need to be submitted. We understand that this is very different and takes some getting used to.
The Google form closes on Sunday nights at 11 p.m. for the following week, so all orders need to be submitted by that time. For example, orders for the week of Sept. 28-Oct. 2 have to be placed using the Google form by Sunday, Sept. 20, at 11 p.m.
With the pre-ordered lunches, it is also your responsibility to communicate with your student what days they have lunch ordered. I would suggest printing out your confirmation email when your order is placed on the Google form.
If you have ordered a lunch and your student is not going to be in school on that day, please email [email protected] by 8 a.m. so we can take the order off for the day.
If your orders are not picked up due to not being in school or they just forgot, the account will be charged.
