The Pennsylvania Friends of Agriculture Foundation's Mobile Ag Ed Science Lab made a stop at St. Ignatius Loyola Regional School. All the students had the opportunity to conduct hands-on science experiments, making it a great week of fun and learning. Thank you to our Home and School Association
for sponsoring this educational opportunity.
The Scholastic Book Fair and Family Night concluded with contest "winner", Father Isaac, being made into a human hotdog. We appreciate him being such a good sport and helping our school raise money for a great cause!
Students were challenged to engineer dogs out of toothpicks, large marshmallows and small marshmallows by Mrs. Berry in the science lab during the Scholastic Book Fair Family Night, Open House & School Tours
Our 3rd graders learned so much on the STEM afternoon (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with six, hands-on learning stations. How was this different than any other day at St. Ignatius? The stations were designed and mentored by the Moms of several 3rd grade students who work or teach in the STEM field. Thank you to those generous (and smart!) parents who volunteered their times and talents to our students!
