We Need You (To Be an APS Substitute Teacher)!
We are always looking for reliable, available substitute teachers; they are the unsung heroes of the school! Substitutes are talented individuals who are always ready to provide help and coverage when needed most. One of the benefits of being a substitute teacher is that you can always say ‘no’ to a call; of course we hope you say ‘yes’. In a way, this is like getting to make your own schedule; so you can keep flexible hours.
We need several items to complete the process (as it is basically the same as hiring any new employee). But don’t be afraid, we will make it as easy as possible.
If you are interested, please reach out to Deanna Taylor at deanna.taylor@anchorage.kyschools.us to submit your application.
We can’t wait for YOU to join the APS team!
