The Staff and Teachers would like to thank the St. Paul School and Church Families for attending the Pancake Breakfast in celebration of National Lutheran Schools Week. It is a joy and honor sharing conversation and fellowship with you. Thank you for all that you do to support St. Paul Lutheran School. The St. Paul Youth Group would like to thank everyone for a successful Wild Game Potluck and Auction! Thank you to all the businesses and individuals that donated items and for everyone that brought delicious food to pass. You helped us raise almost $6,000! The proceeds are going to help cover expenses for the 2025 National Youth Gathering in New Orleans this summer. | |

Y5-8th Grade Winter Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, February 13, from 11:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday, February 14, from 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. While St. Paul highly encourages participation for Fall Conferences, Winter Conferences are optional.
If you desire to meet with your student's teacher to discuss academic or behavioral concerns, the sign up can be found below.
Due to scheduling conflicts, Mrs. Guse' (Y5/K), Miss Doan (1st), & Mrs. VanTol (4th) are only available on Friday, February 14. Please contact these teachers, via FastDirect, if the available times do not work with your schedule.

Extended Care for Thursday, February 13 | |

Do you need Extended Care on Thursday, February 13 after the early dismissal at 11:30 a.m.? If so, you need to sign up using the online form below, contacting the office, or Mrs. Kramer.
Deadline to register is Friday, February 7! We will need at least 7 children signed up in order to provide care. Please plan to bring a sack lunch from home or order a peanut butter & jelly meal below.

Children Preschool-5th grade and their families are invited to join us for an evening of pizza, pop, dessert, and dancing on Friday, February 21, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
You will need to purchase your ticket for the dance. Tickets will be available in the office for $14 per family. Please purchase your ticket by Wednesday, February 19, so that we can have enough food and drinks for everyone!
If anyone would like to help decorate or set up for the event, please let Mrs. Lara know!

Honoring 8th Grade Students & Parents | |

Week 6 (July 27-August 2 ) Camp Lu Lay Lea | |

Over the past couple years, students of St. Paul have enjoyed a week of summer camp at Camp Lu Lay Lea. This summer a number of St. Paul families are hoping to send their campers during Week 6 (July 27-August 2). If you have a student between the ages of 8-14 who might be interested in a Lutheran summer camp experience please consider checking out Camp Lu Lay Lea. https://www.camplulaylea.org | |
Wellspring Counselor Report | |

The 8 schools participating in the Wellspring School-Based Counselor were able to meet via Zoom. Please take the time to review the St. Paul School-Based Counselor Report.
Use this School Therapist Referral Form if you are interested in having your student see the counselor. Elizabeth is in our building every other Monday. She will be at St. Paul on Monday, January 13 and 27, and Monday, February 10 and 24.

The teachers have an opportunity to receive ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experience) training by a certified teacher during the afternoon of Friday, February 21, for Professional Development. This opportunity is linked to our partnership with our School Counselor via Wellspring.
Extended Care will be offered on Friday, February 21, starting at 11:30 am. Please mark your calendars and note this schedule change. A reminder will be sent again as the date approaches.

The St. Paul 1st and 2nd grade class is adopting Amazing Grace Animal Rescue for Valentine's Day. The class is collecting items from the wish list to benefit the cats and dogs at the rescue. If you'd like to show some love to this great organization, contact Mrs. Dent or simply bring items to her classroom. Donations will be collected until Monday, February 10. Thank you! | |
