RULER - from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence - is a program that allows students and faculty the space to realize, identify and react to our daily emotions in intelligent ways, ways that increase productivity at school. Last Wednesday, faculty and staff met with Alana Callahan, who is part of the Tauck Foundation (a partner with Yale Center); she further explained, demonstrated and delighted in her session that highlighted the key strengths of this program.
"I think RULER is an asset to our school," says Cathy Cullen, administrative assistant at St. Augustine. "It helps us learn more about the students and [Wednesday's session] was very inspiring, giving us different ways of how to use RULER and how to have the students participate through RULER."
