This week's Teacher Feature is a perfect pick to start the month of December as she soundtracks the hallways of our school in preparation of this month's Christmas concert. Meet Mrs. Paula Phillips, St. Augustine (and St. Raphael) music teacher.

"This is a wonderful time of the year to be a music teacher and the students of St. Augustine Academy continue to inspire and uplift me as we prepare for our Christmas concert. It is my privilege to prepare them in song and to have them shine in concert," says Phillips.

18 years teaching music in the diocese, Mrs. Phillips has learned what favorites these students love to sing this time of year.

"And, yes, the classes do have their favorite songs from 'Hot Cup of Cocoa' to 'Mary, Did You Know?' This year's concert should be the best yet! See you, Monday, December 18th at 6:30pm in the church."
