Dear Holy Name Families,

We hope you like the new streamlined digital newsletters!

As we progress through September and the Spirit Mass, Candy Sale, and International Food Fest are behind us, we continue to move onto the next huge community spirit event for Holy Name. But, which one?! There are so many! The best way to communicate what is on the horizon and what you may be interested in helping with, plus how the previous fundraisers and events have performed, would be to join the Parent Guild at a General Parent Meeting coming up tonight! This is an excellent way to ask questions and keep apprised on upcoming events.

It has been a wonderful first month or so of the school year and I have been popping into classrooms every chance I get! It's certainly a thrill for me to hear all about what the students are working on in the classroom, how their volleyball teams did, what they did at a friends birthday party, and wonderful what I did on my weekend. You have such amazing kids!

I look forward in seeing you all tonight!

WORDS FROM OUR PASTOR, FATHER ARNOLD

September 24, 2019
In Parents Guild, good relationships are built.
Treasure the people who became your friends at school.
One day our children will see our pictures and ask 'Who are these people?'
And we will smile with invisible tears because a heart is touched with a strong word and you will say:
'IT WAS THEM THAT I HAD THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE WITH'.
Blessings to you! -Fr. Arnold
