Fourth grade fundraiser roars!
Fourth grade is excited! And why are they excited? T hey raised 500 dollars (!) last week for tiger cubs Reka and Zeya born last December at Beardsley Zoo! A raffle + a dress down + endless support and research supported the success of their 2018 service project! See more fourth grade celebrations below and on the Facebook page!
School Uniform Reminder and Guideline
As we change seasons, here is what you need to know:
With assistance from our eighth graders, you will see what the expectation is for our students' seasonal uniforms. There will be a few changes this coming fall season; please take note and call our office if you have any questions. REMINDER : Yellow shirts are not part of the uniform any more; the office is asking for students to donate these old shirts (instead of disposing them).
FALL/WINTER UNIFORM
  • Tops: blue or yellow oxford shirt (new for 2018-2019 school year), plaid tie for boys, grey sweater, grey cardigan, or school fleece
  • Bottoms: blue uniform pants or plaid skort for girls
  • Shoes: black shoes with white, black, and blue socks
SPRING/SUMMER UNIFORM
  • Tops: grey polo shirt, grey sweater or grey cardigan
  • Bottoms: blue uniform shorts or pants
  • Shoes: black shoes with white, black, and blue socks or low-top gym shoes

*GYM UNIFORM
  • Blue shirt, blue shorts (spring/summer), blue pants (fall/winter), blue sweater
Schedule Reminders
Friday, May 4th is now a HALF DAY because of the amount of snow days we have accumulated this year. Please mark down this date in your calendar.
Other Reminders/Notes:
  • Register for the 2018-2019 school year by April 1st for FREE; if you register for St. Augustine after April 1st, the application has $100 fee attached; Click here for registration forms in English and Spanish.
  • Please check your child's grades on Plus Portals online at any time! If you do not have access, please call the Main Office for assistance at 203-306-6500.
  • Spring Concert will be held on Tuesday, May 15th, 2018 in the St. Augustine Cathedral at 6:30pm; students are expected arrive prior to the start of the concert.
