School Reopening Update
Good Afternoon Falcon Families:

Thank you for your patience regarding the return to school planning. The ever changing guidelines and requirements makes for challenging decisions and execution of plans. Again, thank you.

As you may have seen from the Governor's message last Thursday, he has changed the funding model for distance learning as well as the requirements for opening schools. Even though the numbers for COVID-19 have decreased in the last several weeks, we continue to be cautious regarding the safety of our staff, students, and families. Below is the schedule for starting school and the move of the in person teaching to September 8th.

  • August 6-10 Chromebook distribution: you will receive information from your child's school principal to let you know the schedule for pick up.

  • August 10 Virtually meet your child's teacher(s)

  • August 11  Students return to virtual schooling: your child's teacher(s) will have a schedule of learning for you on the 10th.

  • September 8 Students tentative return to school for face to face instruction pending meeting Department of Health benchmarks.

  • Athletics and activities will continue in Phase I no-touch practice until further notice.

Again, thank you for your patience and kindness as we move through this changing scenery.
