The School Culture and Climate Initiative is committed to working with schools to proactively address their culture and climate. We offer the School Support Network as a means for school personnel to learn more about school culture and climate and social-emotional learning, access resources, and connect and share ideas and expertise.
|
The School Support Network exists to support efforts to make lasting positive change in schools. Since 2009, the School Support Network has connected thousands of educators from throughout northern New Jersey and has delivered over 15,000 professional development hours to help schools create environments where children can thrive.

- An opportunity for schools to learn from each other and build relationships with other schools
- The chance to participate in professional development workshops and symposiums on school climate and social-emotional learning (SEL)
- A way to keep abreast of developments and resources available to support culture and climate work
