Israa Hamaza, BSW Student
There are a lot of reasons to explain my line of thinking when choosing social work, however, pre-eminently, pursing social work is rooted and founded in my most visible identity, being a Muslim woman. For me, it went beyond choosing a profession but a field that provides fulfilment, aligned with my beliefs and values, while also developing and challenging me both personally and professionally, life-long.
