When leading a school, it's important to be aware of educational trends and their effect on students and staff. Book studies can serve as an effective way for administrators to stay on top of this, while also engaging in collaborative discussions with peers.

Starting in February, the ROE will host a four-part book study on: From Conflict to Collaboration: A School Leader's Guide to Unleashing Conflict's Problem-Solving Power, by Robert Feirsen and Seth Weitzman. During each session, the group will discuss its content, and dissect how conflict can lead to new leadership strategies and organizational growth.

Sessions: 1 Hour Each

PD Credit: 10

*Note: You must purchase the book and attend all four sessions to receive credit.
