HAPPY SUMMER HT!

We hope you are having a fun and restful summer break. While we haven't started the back-to-school countdown clock just yet, we did want to make you aware of a few key dates and information for your planning purposes.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL FORMS DUE BY JULY 21

Every student/family must complete the required school forms prior to the start of school.

At your earliest convenience, please log into your onCampus account to complete and submit this information for your child/children NO LATER THAN JULY 21. (NOTE: Lunch Orders are due by July 31.)

Instructions for accessing the forms

1. Once in onCampus, you will see a YELLOW BAR across the top of your landing page notifying you of the forms and information that requires completion
2. Click on the links in the yellow bar to access an easy-to-reference checklist with links and instructions on how to submit the required information

WELCOME MRS. MILLER!

It's official! Holy Trinity has a new Head of School. We are proud to welcome Mrs. Elizabeth Miller to our Tiger family. Mrs. Miller succeeds Dr. Katherine Cobb who announced her retirement last fall.

NEW UNIFORM OPTIONS

Hunter Classic plaid is making a comeback as a new uniform option for all HT students. The plaid comes in jumpers, skorts, ties, and headbands and can purchased through www.landsend.com or at the Sir Walter Uniforms store located in Merritt Island.

UPPER SCHOOL

ATTENTION CLASS OF 2024...

LET'S "TAG UP" AT ORIENTATION DAYS

Families can purchase HT spirit-wear from our Tiger Athletics Gear Shop (TAGS) during Orientation days and back-to-school events for grades 7-12 in the gym between the hours of 8:30 am-1:00 pm. PE uniforms will also be available for purchase, and don't forget to check out our Boosters program while you're there!

UPPER SCHOOL ACCESSIBILITY DURING JULY

Upper School renovations continue this summer with the paving of the main parking lot. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Ongoing construction will impact access to campus. Throughout the month of July, the pedestrian entrance off the main lot will be inaccessible. You are able to park in the newly paved, main parking lot but you will need to use the small bridge to the west of the parking lot to access campus. The western entrance to the front office will be open and accessible. See map.

IMPORTANT DEVICE INFORMATION FOR PSAT TESTING

Holy Trinity will be transitioning to the College Board's new digital testing format for the PSAT scheduled for October 11th and the PSAT 8/9 on March 22, 2024. This will provide an overall easier testing experience for students.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Students in grades 7-11 will need to have an approved device (laptop, Mac, or iPad) to take the test. Unfortunately, CHROMEBOOKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED, so please plan accordingly.

UPPER SCHOOL EUCHARIST UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

As you consider your school uniform needs for the upcoming school year, please be advised that students in grades 7-12 will be required to wear their WHITE-crested HT polo shirt on Eucharist days. Shirts will need to be TUCKED IN to either shorts, pants, or skorts, and if they have belt loops, students will need to wear a belt. Please plan your child's wardrobe accordingly.

New and "Like New" white polo shirts will be available for purchase at the July 22 "Get Your Gear" Sale or can be ordered through Landsend.com.

VISUAL ARTS BOOSTER OPPORTUNITY

Interested in supporting the Visual Arts at Holy Trinity? A new booster organization been established and is looking for members. There will be an information table and sign up at both the Junior High and High School Orientations on August 7 & 8 in the Tiger Cafe. Please stop by to learn more about this new program.

Get Involved at the Upper School this Year - Join Our Team of Volunteers!

The Tiger Team is a great way to support our school, spend time on campus, and meet other HT families.

The Tiger Team helps with activities such as:

• Working the concession stand at sporting events
• Managing the flow of Media Day
• Selling Tiger Athletic Gear (TAGS) at sporting and other HT events
• Ambassadors for new and prospective families
• Supporting Admission events including campus tours and open houses
• Volunteering at the Vicky Hurst Holy Trinity Golf Tournament
• Helping with the Homecoming Street Party
•  Assisting with set up and supervising students at Lower School sport clinics
• Preparing for An Evening of Elegance
•  Assisting at Baccalaureate and Graduation
• Helping to organize Upper School Teacher Appreciation Week
