We have classes all day long, including noon and late evening, and we'd love to welcome ages 15 and up to a mat with us here (parent need not be present to attend).

Much like guided Savasana, the yoga nidra experience is received in such a way the body is relaxed, and the mind is clear, open to receive seeds to be planted and fertilized in the subconscious.
