Thursday, Aug. 29 | Families of incoming 9th graders and new-to-Ballard students: Please join us at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29, for a special Orientation Night just for you!

Learn all that Ballard has to offer, meet school leaders and PTSA chairs, and outfit your family in Beaver gear. Note that this event is for parents and guardians only. More info.

Reminder! Please verify that your SPS Volunteer Paperwork is up-to-date or if you are a new Volunteer start the process (takes up to 2 weeks for SPS to process). Sports paperwork due now!

Tryouts and practices for fall sports are starting now. Students must be registered in FinalForms in order to attend tryouts or practice. Fall sports are Football, Cross Country (Girls, Boys), Golf (Girls, Boys), Girls’ Soccer, Girls’ Slowpitch Softball, Girls’ Swim & Dive, and Volleyball. Boys’ Ultimate is a fall club sport. Welcome Back to School Wednesday, Sept. 4!

We look forward to welcoming all students back to school on Wednesday, Sept. 4.

New! Bell Schedule for the 24-25 School Year

First Day Sept. 4 | special bell schedule (ALL Students)

9th Grade & New Students, arrive at 8:30 a.m. pick up schedule. Orientation starts at 8:50 a.m.

All Other students can view their schedules on the source

All Other Students arrive at 12:10 p.m. for lunch, then ALL students rotate through all 6 periods in the afternoon.

Wednesday, Sept. 4 is not an early release.

Note: Ballard Students please bring a three-ring binder with paper, pencil, pen and highlighter on your first day of school. There is no school-wide supply list. Teachers may give students a class syllabus including any supplies or fees associated with that class.
