$400,000  settlement for Schulman Blitz's client, a retired physician, who was a pedestrian in Manhattan waiting to cross the street when she was struck by a restaurant delivery boy on a bicycle.  As a result, she sustained multiple facial fractures and the case was settled at a mediation before trial.  

$325,000 for Schulman Blitz's client who was a passenger in a car that was involved in an accident with another vehicle in the Bronx.   As a result, our client sustained serious injuries and required multiple surgeries.  

$300,000  for Schulman Blitz's client who had parked and exited her car and was stuck by a car.  As a result, our client suffered two fractured vertebrae and a fractured clavicle, and was required to undergo multiple surgeries.
