Recertification News and Reminders
Paying your recertification fee:
Your recertification fee is $45.00. Half of this fee is retained by USATF Oregon. The other half is shared with national USATF.
There are two ways to pay this recertification fee:
- Pay by check. Make your check payable to: USATF Oregon. Mail your check to me, Scott Phoenix, at 1224 N Pennington Dr, Newberg, Oregon 97132.
IMPORTANT: This $45.00 payment is for your recertification fee. It is not your 2025 USATF membership fee. You have to be a 2025 member to recertify. If you currently have a muti-year membership, then your membership is current, otherwise follow the instructions below to renew your membership.

You can now renew your membership for 2025 using your USATF Connect account. Follow this link to login to your account.

Rules Review Meetings Reminder
I am hosting two Rules Review meetings:
Basic Rules Review on November 5-6. A voluntary meeting. All Certified Officials are required to pass this review. We will be reviewing the questions in one meeting spread over two days. You will receive an email invitation to this meeting.
Advanced Rules Review on November 12. A required meeting for National and Masters level officials. These officials must pass this review. Even if you have already taken this review, you still need to attend this meeting. You will receive an email invitation to this meeting If you are unable to attend this required meeting, contact me about scheduling a make-up session.
