As semiconductor firms and innovation employers continue to scale in the greater Phoenix area, Scottsdale’s investment in talent development becomes even more strategic. From supporting ASU and industry-led workforce programs to attracting the skilled graduates Scottsdale needs, the city is well-positioned to compete and grow in this sector.
