Scout Day at Kansas Speedway Details

Thank you for purchasing tickets to Scout Day at Kansas Speedway on Sunday, October 24th. We're excited to welcome more than 600 Scouts and their families to this year's Hollywood Casino 400 Playoff race.

Here's a quick look at the event schedule and a few details as we countdown to race-day.

TICKET DISTRIBUTION:

All tickets will be available for pick-up at the Council Service Center Wednesday, October 20 - Friday, October 22 located at 10210 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).

Tickets will also be available for pick-up on race-day at the Kansas Speedway on Sunday, October 24 from 10:00am - 1:30pm at the Scout Tent near Ticket Booth B.

Ticket packets will be available for pick-up by the purchaser only. Please have a valid ID or receipt to verify your purchase.

TICKET PACKETS:

Your ticket packets will include your pre-purchased Scout and adult tickets, NASCAR FanWalk/pre-race passes, and a race-day pocket schedule.

Tickets have been pre-sorted and seated by purchaser and unit number to the best of our ability. All seats are located in the grandstand in Sections 256 and 258. All attendees will require a valid ticket to access the Kansas Speedway grandstand.

For the first time ever, this year's Scout Day at the Speedway will include a FanWalk/Pre-Race Pass! Go behind the scenes with pre-race activities, including driver introductions and a pre-race concert. You'll also get the chance to sign the Start/Finish line at Kansas Speedway!

Use crossover gates to access the track and tri-oval.

Make sure to have pre-race pass ready so it can get scanned!

PARKING:

Parking at Kansas Speedway is FREE for all guests. We suggest you carpool with your Scouting group/unit. Click below for more parking information.

KANSAS SPEEDWAY GUIDELINES:

Kansas Speedway is a big place! We recommend reviewing the venue FAQ prior to attending that includes everything from what you can bring into the Speedway (coolers/snacks) to current safety measures in place.

*For those camping or meeting a large group, re-entry will be allowed as long as your ticket is scanned. Please consult with Speedway employees at gates with questions.

All Scout tickets will be located in the same area and Scouts and leaders are encouraged to wear their uniforms to the race!
