This November, we're thankful for all of the time and energy you, the volunteers leaders, dedicate to the Scouting program. Thanks to you, thousands of young people across Metro-Atlanta are able to participate in life-changing programs and activities. We have many more awesome activities and experiences coming up for you and your Scouts to enjoy together.
It's Charter Renewal Time!
If the annual Charter Renewal is your responsibility for your Pack, Troop or Crew we would like to thank you for your service!

We also have some great news! Online registration will stay open through the Charter Renewal process to assist Units in adding additional members in this busy time of the year. If you need any assistance, please reach out to your Unit Commissioner or click here for more information.

Don't forget! All leaders must have up-to-date Youth Protection Training to complete a Charter Renewal. If you or any of your leaders have not completed Youth Protection Training 2, get updated and trained today!

We’ll have food and door prizes plus drawings for free sessions at camp. Don’t miss this great opportunity!
Winter Camp | December 27-31, 2018
The Atlanta Area Council is proud to offer Winter Camp at Bert Adams Scout Camp for Boy Scout Troops and Venturing Crews. For 5 days and 4 nights in December, Boy Scouts and Venturers will have the opportunity to camp and play at one of America's premier camps.

Our Winter Camp will introduce unique programs and merit badges that are not available at either of our summer camps. We've pulled together the best of our summer camp staffs for an all-star leadership team. Scouts can attend as a Troop or Crew, patrol, or as an individual provisional Scout.
