Online Charter Renewal is Now Open!
The online Charter Renewal system is open and ready for you to begin the process.

Keys to Success:
  • Start early: it can sometimes take longer than you might expect.
  • Ensure your roster is up to date before you “load roster” in the online system. We have recruited almost 8,000 new Scouts in the last two months, make sure they are registered before you proceed.
  • Every adult will be required to complete a new Background Check Disclosure form. These will be emailed directly to all registered adult leaders.
  • Have questions? Our Commissioner and Field Service team is ready to help you!

Reminder : while leaders can work on their rosters in the online system beginning now, the new registration fee will be announced in late October. After that units will be able to make online payments and complete their Charter Renewal.
