What a super-fun summer! Eight weeks of fun at the Sea Base comes to a close tomorrow. Check out photos here. We had a record 800+ youth participate. Thank you to the parents and Scouts who made this possible! Great job to staff, too!
Tomorrow, August 20 - Reminder, popcorn orders are due for all Scouts! See info here. Many Scouts pay their way to camp by selling popcorn. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out! We have Scouts who earn thousands of dollars from popcorn. Your Scout can too.
We just added dates for climbing training! Both climbing instructor training and first aid classes are listed. See dates here. We are offering CPR and First Aid trainings in August and September. RSVP online.
You'll notice something new the next time you drive to the Scout Shop in Long Beach. A new banner greets you as you pull into our parking lot! Just in time for new families joining this school year. Pick up free yard signs while you're in the Scout Shop, too.
This Saturday, August 21 - We are inviting all Scouting alumni and friends for a social at the Long Beach Yacht Club. Parking and admission is free. RSVP here online. See friends, meet up, reconnect in person. Hear about latest Scouting news.
This past weekend we had 74 bike riders participate in our family bike ride! See photos here. Riders chose from 5, 10, 15, and 25 mile ride lengths starting from our Sea Base. What a beautiful day it was.
We have yard signs for you! Help us get the word out. We'd love to see them in your front yard, at schools, at your church, and everywhere! Both Cub Scout and Scouts BSA versions available at our scout shop.
