Hello from Hawaii! Troop 134 recently landed in Hawaii to experience an island summer camp. They sent us video greetings and they are doing well. Click the red button to see the video. Send us your summer camp greetings and we'll feature you Troop, too.
Yesterday, an inspection team toured Camp Tahquitz as part of the annual National Camp Accreditation Program. We passed with flying colors! Camp Tahquitz is a safe camp and operating very well.
Great news! We are happy to announce that our Long Beach Scout Shop is now OPEN every Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Come on by to pickup advancement items, uniforms, patches and more.
More than 723 youth have signed up! We are currently in week 3 of 8 weeks this summer. See photos of Scouts sailing, kayaking and more. Camp runs every week through August 19. Sign up today!
Every Saturday this month we are offering horse rides at Camp Tahquitz this summer. Choose from either 10am or 1pm. Enjoy a ride around beautiful meadows in the fresh mountain air. Check it out here.

Wood Badge is Coming! The best adult leader training the BSA offers. Every Scouts deserves a trained leader. Sign up today, spaces are limited, but not the fun! September 16-18 and October 8-9.
July is here, and that means that Citizenship in Society is now a required badge for Eagle. The only exception is for Scouts who have everything currently done and only waiting for the final board.
