Parents and leaders: we are offering "camperships" for Scouts to attend Sea Base or Tahquitz whose families could use assistance. See application here. Please apply! (Funding not guaranteed.)
Troop 247 is hosting a Humanitarian Relief Fundraiser for the International Committee of the Red Cross. For a suggested $20 donation, you will receive a handcrafted wooden lawn flag in the colors of the Ukrainian nation. Contact Dave here.
After 46 summers at Camp Tahquitz, Michael Dermody will be retiring after this summer. Read story on FB here. We are very thankful to Michael. We are also happy to announce Andy Long as the new Summer Camp Director for 2023.
Bring your unit to the Sea Base this summer! We are open on weekends as well for you to bring your group of Scouts down to canoe, kayak and more. See info here. Very convenient and lots of fun!
