Scout News: September 2
Flyers, Posters, and More: Do you need flyers for your upcoming recruitment event? Reach more families with helpful flyers. We will print them for you! Click the red button below and let us know what you could use. We'd love to get you helpful materials. School has started for many, so let's invite new families to join!
Scouts, this one's for you... We have incentives you can earn if you recruit friends to join Scouting! See details here. Earn a patch, gift cards, and a chance at a Nintendo Switch. Parents, you can win a Starbucks gift card, too!
We have yard signs for you! Help us get the word out. We'd love to see them in your front yard, at schools, at your church, and everywhere! Both Cub Scout and Scouts BSA versions available at our scout shop.
We have banners for your school or meeting location! See image here. Just arrived yesterday, limited stock. Must be able to hang the banner up for public view. Let Victor know if you would like one!
Need a new uniform? We have a deal! Uniform bottoms are 25% off with a purchase of a uniform top. See details here. Our Long Beach Scout Shop is open Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm. Also great opportunity to pick up your Scout's badges.
October 16 - Bring yourself, your friends, family or colleagues to the 4th Annual Sea Scout Golf Tournament. Use a 7 iron only! Drive with it, putt with it, just don't let go of it. See info here. Starts at 10am sharp!
We just added dates for Leader Specific Training. We also have climbing instructor training and first aid classes listed. See dates here. We are offering IOLS/BALOO training in October too. Easy RSVP online.
Reminder, our Long Beach scout shop and office will be closed this coming Monday September 6 in observance of Labor Day. Come see us this week, or stop by Tuesday next week 9am to 5pm.
