This Weekend: Cub-BOO-Ree. More than 900 people are expected at this weekend's totally fun event we call Cub-BOO-Ree. Arrival times, schedule, parking, map, list of activities and more are all posted in the parent guide. Click red button to see this info.

Four years ago this week, we installed the 100-foot pedestrian bridge at Camp Tahquitz! Since then, the bridge has aided in tens of thousands of safe highway crossings. Check out installation photos here.

A clarification on the "72-hour rule" addressed in the new Youth Protection Guidelines. The 72 hours applies only to the same activity. It is intended for weeklong campouts, not cumulative for the entire calendar year.  

Pretty cool stuff right here: check out new decals, glow in the dark items, lights, and more for your pinewood derby souped up car. Come by our Scout Shop or email Randy. A great holiday gift.     

Bags are ready for pickup! Come by the office anytime or schedule a pickup time in advance. First come first serve. Reserve your pick-up area, too. Let us know where you will be collecting food. More info here.

Friday, November 23 - An interfaith event where we visit ten places of worship. At each stop, a representative of the particular faith will speak to how their faith interprets one of the Ten Commandments. See info here. All ages welcome.

Sunday, November 4 - Sunday funday returns at the Aquarium in Long Beach in just a few weeks. New: choose a guided museum tour, a harbor boat cruise, and downloadable self-guided activity sheets.
