Scout News: September 20     
Charter Renewal Preview. Pretty soon we will all be renewing registrations for 2019! Access codes to update your rosters will be email on Monday, October 1. Renewal documents are due November 30, so you'll want to start early. And remember everyone needs to complete the NEW Youth Protection Training. 

Two weeks ago, the council's honor Scouting organization, the Tribe of Tahquitz inducted new members and elected new officers.  Click to see names of new officers. Another successful induction!

Our Sea Scout fleet continues to grow with the addition of the Emma E, a 54' yacht donated to the Sea Scout Ship Conquest.  The addition of this vessel will allow the Conquest to grow in membership through our new Poisedon program.  Congratulations Conquest!

Pack 134 is off to a great start this school year. They have brought in six more youth this year than they did last year in September. Pack 134 goes from class to class talking about Scouting. Way to go Pack 134!   

Tuesday, September 25 - This coming Tuesday, all Catholic Scouts and Scouters are invited to learn about the Ad Altare Dei emblem. Location: St Dominic Savio from 7pm to 8pm. Contact Christopher Espinoza.  

October 19-21 - Only a few weeks left to sign up for the biggest Cub Scouting event of the year. We provide the fun, you provide your tents and food. Check out info and pricing here from last year. A must-see event.

Last Thursday, 17 Troops gathered to greet Webelos Scouts and their parents interested in continuing their Scouting journey to the next level! See photos here. Over 300 people were in attendance! 
SFF 2012 patch

November 10 - Save the date on your calendars for our annual Scouting for Food drive. Scouts across the city will collect food for local pantries and shelters. Stay tuned for info. Last year we collected 35,000 pounds.
